Stacy Hsu landed in the world of surface pattern design and illustration by way of architecture. Ever since she moved to the Pacific Northwest in her early 20s and discovered her love of the outdoors, she's felt a deep connection to the land and ocean that surround her. This connection has formed her identity as an adult and influenced her lifestyle and career choice. Since then, Stacy hasn’t stopped creating art and illustrations documenting the flora and fauna she encounters on her wilderness trips.

Stacy's work is a detailed yet whimsical celebration of nature, which invites her audience to explore and engage more closely. She aims to document the beauty in nature that brings her this deep appreciation and passion. Through applying her work on everyday items such as stationery, wallpaper, home decor, and fabric, Stacy hopes to bring her audience the joy she experiences when interacting with nature.
